Hallelujah, hallelujah! We solved the puzzle... it took a lot of trial and error (mostly error) to figure this out, but in addition to the reflux, Cooper's fussiness over the past 9 weeks was due to milk protein intolerance... he can't easily digest breastmilk, so as a result, the little guy was totally miserable all the time. This was probably more tough on him than the refulx. So we switched him over to 100% formula a week ago, and he is a totally different baby... so happy, sleeps well, likes to play in his swing/playmat, and can be put down to sleep... swaddled! Thank god!
