Nonetheless, Dad and Little O gave it a shot today. It started with hugs and kisses for Mom. Dad deferred to O in this department sensing that was the better call. Dad's not sure he's been forgiven yet for making Mom endure pregnancy.
After breakfast -- complete with french toast with bananas on top for Mom -- we headed off to the park to enjoy the great weather.
Then there was a Starbucks hot chocolate for Mom. The way to Mom's heart is through her sweet tooth!
Owen then poured on the charm and flashed a number of smiles.
And then Dad gave Mom a break so she could take a nap. Dad is getting a lot of experience in multi-tasking... (Mom notes you'll find a computer, Blackberry and TV remove in hand all while balancing Owen... quite a talent!)
And we topped it off with gifts for Mommy. Just what she needs -- another picture of little O!
Here's a short video... it's not too exciting, but Owen wanted to wish his grandmothers and great grandmother a Happy Mother's Day too!
