Owen's 1st school day

Today, we took Owen on a surprise visit to see Grandma Kate at her school. With a little help from Maria, we were able to pull it off and she was so surprised to see us!
Owen seems to have quite a fan club at the Hanson Middle School. When Grandma took him into the cafeteria to introduce him to her students, they all started chanting "Owie! Owie!" and crowded around Grandma to see the Little Prince in person. Once he was within view, a few girls snapped pictures of the little guy with their cell phones... at 6 weeks, he already has a paparazzi and adoring fans! Here's a short clip taken after we walked in the room.



After meeting all the kids, we walked around and visited a few of Kate's friends and Aunt Gret.

Our final stop was in Kate's classroom where we saw Owen's Wall of Fame... while the pictures are adorable, there's nothing better than the real thing!
