Kitty love

On Friday, we said goodbye to Grammy and Papa and headed down to Hanson.

While Owen was definitely excited to see Grandma, Grandpa, Patty, Mary, Libby, Joe, and Kristen, he fell in love with Georgie and Delila, Mary's two cats. Unfortunately, the affection was not mutual, and the cats spent most of the weekend hiding from Owen who paced the halls, calling out "Lie-la?... Geogi?.... Lie-la?... Geogi?" or just simply "meow? meow?"

We got home late yesterday afternoon, and after spending 5 hours in the car battling post-Thanksgiving traffic, Owen was happy to be reunited with his toys...
