We woke up on Christmas morning in Belmont, packed into the house like a can of sardines. Starting at 7:12am, from 3 bedrooms and 2 walk-in closets emerged 2 grandparents, 4 parents, 2 toddlers and an infant. Carefully observing Ranere house rules, the kids were not allowed to descend upon the Christmas tree until coffee was in Grammy and Papa's hand...
So Jack juggled Finley and Owen in the kitchen, waiting until we got the ok to head into the study where the tree was...
Owen and Finley were delighted to see what was waiting for them, and we spent the next hour playing with their new toys together... little Coady watched the chaos from afar, with nothing but big smiles.
After opening presents and playing for a while, we whisked Owen off to Hanson where we were due for Christmas morning part 2...

It's NEVER too late for a little Christmas (or in Owen's case...a LOT). Love the photos, love those grandchildren, loved the whole two weeks...Miss you,
Grammy
