We are guilty of something we suspect many other first time parents are... going totally overboard on their first child's first birthday. Owen had not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 celebrations in honor of his big day. The 1st celebration was an intimate affair with Mom and Dad... from there, the festivities grew, and by the fourth party, we realized over 80 people had wished Owen a happy birthday... yes, pretty ridiculous.
We already posted pictures from the
1st party, and here are some shots of party #2 in Belmont with family on April 11
th. As soon as Jack and I get our acts together, we'll post pictures from party #3 in Hanson on April 12
th and party #4 in NYC on April 18
th with his little buddies. By the 4
th party, Owen started to think cupcakes, balloons and birthday
serenades were part of his daily routine!
